About DCU Mens Soccer

Originally founded in 1981, DCU mens soccer club is a young, fast moving club that competes across many levels in the Dublin area. With three teams competing in the university and college leagues and cups as well as two teams in the highly competitive Leinster Senior League (LSL) and a futsal team the club offers football to players of all ages and abilities.

As a member of Dublin City University, the club offers the potential for sports scholarships to attend the university for quality young athletes.
DCU Mens soccer also boast state of the art facilities at its fingertips. With its grounds in the DCU Sports grounds at St.Claire’s, the club has access to 2 top quality football pitches as well as a full sized all weather surface.

Also within the university the club has access to one of the top elite performance facilities in the country. Such is the quality of the facilities on hand that they are also used by Bohemians Football club.

The club also runs its own internal astro league. The aim of the league is to allow players, who may not want to compete within the competitive structures of the club, to enjoy the game. The astro league currently boasts 32 teams (8 players each) with many more waiting to play!.
